Jan Siedlecki (Poland)

The key elements to emphasise are uniqueness, rarity, and long-term artistic credibility.

The exhibition will present only four glass sculptures, each one-of-a-kind, created without editions. These works will be available exclusively through the gallery and only for a limited period of time, which naturally defines their rarity and collectability.

The pieces are the result of over fifty years of artistic practice in glass, rooted in the European tradition of craftsmanship and design. This long-term experience combines technical precision with a sculptural approach, offering collectors works that are both refined and durable in their artistic value.

The sculptures are well-suited for:

private collections

elegant homes and architectural interiors

offices and professional spaces such as law firms or executive offices

They also work well as considered, high-quality gifts, particularly for collectors or clients seeking something distinctive and lasting.

The one-of-a-kind nature of each piece

the limited availability

the artist’s long-standing European background

The suitability of the works for refined interior environments

“Snowy  Leaf” is a unique work, created as a slowly hand-formed object.

Each stage of creation was an individual process, without the use of repetitive forms, which gives the piece a unique character.

On the outer surface, I created a decoration with a matte background, by carving the motif with a stream of sand, referencing the art created by nature – winter, leaves, and flowers painted by frost. I was inspired by natural structures and traces that arise spontaneously, without human intervention, and which, despite their transience, have distinct aesthetic value.

“Snowy Leaf” is a unique object – only one copy of this work exists. It is a one-of-a-kind piece that cannot be replicated or recreated in an identical form.

“Stratosphere” is a unique glass object with a dark blue color element placed in the bottom of the vase. The work was created using glassblowing, and the sculptural motif was created using a high-pressure sand jet. The work was inspired by outer space.

 “Inclusion” is a hand-shaped glass work with an application placed in the lower part of the bowl. A black inclusion was created in the red glass mass, constituting the main accent of the composition. The technique used is highly challenging to implement. The work was inspired by nature, particularly the phenomenon of inclusions found in amber and stone.

“ICE” is a free-form glass object, crafted by hand-shaping. The outer surface features a matte background and elements reminiscent of ice and winter, carved using a high-pressure sand jet. The object’s form and decorative motif are inspired by icicles found in ice caves. The work is unique – only one example exists.
